STEP 1
STEP 2
We bring in the band, singers and everyone on production team. We facilitate the workflow and show your team how to properly run a sound check. Then we get to have more fun by going over mix techniques and doing some hands on training. This part is awesome because it allows us to hear your band, with your system as its being ran by your tech team.
STEP 3
We provide the Vision Plan which is a written outline of the all the items we corrected in Step 1 along with a proposal of new upgrades that could enhance the worship experience. This includes but is in no way limited to new sound, lighting or video components, acoustical treatment, microphones or peripheral gear. We break it down in order of importance to give you a step by step approach to upgrading. There is much more we can cover as these sessions are uniquely tailored for each church. Training Details
Tune-Up
OUR TEAM, YOUR VENUE
Day 1, 11am — Our team arrives to begin signal flow and evaluate connectivity from mic to speaker. We spend the entire day making sure all cables are terminated properly and wires are dressed accordingly. We shall listen to the speaker system and begin retune. We shall create the optimum tuning for the speakers as they are in your worship space. Once we tune the PA, we will move to the the microphones and throughout all input channels on the stage. Every channel will sound great! We will also verify monitor system; wedges or in ears, and make sure routing, gain structure and settings are correct. All inputs and outputs to the system including livestream audio, lobby music, etc will be verified.
Day 2, 5pm — We arrive approximately an hour before your worship team to get things set for tech rehearsal. Your techs and worship band/leaders arrive and get setup. We will facilitate this tech rehearsal from start to finish giving your team the checklist for church production success. This is the most important part of our 3 phase process of entire system optimization and training protocols.
Day 3, First Service — Our professional trainers will be on site with your tech team as they run the first service on the newly optimized system. That means that you have a completely stress free first run, with our skilled technicians on-hand to help answer any questions and clarify any issues. We will also continue to provide feedback and training to your techs to further enhance their experience from the week.
