CHICKASHA, Oklahoma—Sound in Church is pleased to reveal a new installation at Chickasha First. The new video system premiered on Oct. 31 during the Sunday morning service and the new Vivitek DLP Laser projectors paired with Elite Screens did not disappoint. “The 8000 Lumen Vivitek DLP Laser projectors offers an incredible amount of clarity and brightness, making the product the perfect solution for the auditorium,” said Jonathan Gardner, Owner of Sound in Church.
In order to support the media needs of Chickasha First, Sound in Church upgraded the video system to enhance the church’s media presence. Through vision planning, we purposely focused on creating breathtaking visuals that significantly impact the atmosphere for everything from worship to the message. The new projectors bring a modern touch and exceptional visual quality to the auditorium.
Sound in Church selected the 8000 Lumen Vivitek DLP Laser projectors for their ability to deliver exceptional video quality with a laser light source and offer up to 20,000 hours of operation. We found that the Vivitek DLP Laser projectors are the perfect solution for venues that need power and durability. These next-generation projectors truly produce exceptionally clear and bright projection, bringing video and graphics to life for the audience.
The perfect marriage occurred by pairing the HD-SDI with the Vivitek DLP Laser projectors, providing a plethora of connectivity and possibilities. With 8000 Lumens, the projectors and 200” diagonal screen duo produces a hi-impact visual presentation that lures the audience into the ambiance of worship. Moreover, high definition source material is provided with a new 27” Apple iMac running ProPresenter 6 fed into a Decimator HD Cross Converter routing HD-SDI to each projector, making this newly optimized system a stunning design.
